bookscover2cover – End Times

 

Another story of mine has been posted at bookscover2cover; called End Times, it can be read by clicking on the link. This is another story that borrows its atmosphere from Norse mythology, perhaps because I like the pessimism of those myths: it’s refreshing to find gods who know that they’re corrupted and know they’ll lose the final battle because of that corruption. They’re so goddam smug normally, gods. The story’s main theme is the conflict between the life instinct and the death instinct.
