This poem was written in response to Chèvrefeuille’s Gift To You To Celebrate Our First Luster Of Carpe Diem Haiku Kai #5 Use That Quote, another great prompt from Chèvrefeuille at Carpe Diem Haiku Kai. The quote in question was from Rabindranath Tagore:
“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”
So, after a little editing, my haiku is practically a found poem 🙂
