Great way to think of candlelight — a bit shy, a bit flirtatious — as opposed to that wide-open sky that shows everybody everything!
Your comment brought Blanche Dubois immediately to mind, though I don’t think I’d been thinking of her when I was writing the haiku.. hmm maybe a little 😉
